Acron Aviation has installed an Airbus A320neo Full Flight Simulator (FFS) at its London Training Centre (LTC), expanding training capacity to meet growing demand for commercial pilot training in the region.
The simulator is the company’s 100th Airbus A320 FFS, manufactured at its UK facility, marking a milestone in Acron Aviation’s global training operations. The A320neo device is scheduled to be in service by Q1 2026, providing enhanced access to flight simulation for both airline and cadet pilots.
David Coward, SVP & GM Training Services, Acron Aviation, said: "This new simulator not only increases our operational capacity in London but also marks an important achievement in our ongoing investment in training excellence." He continued, "reaching 100 A320 devices is a testament to our longstanding partnerships with Airbus, global airlines and our role in shaping the next generation of commercial aviators."
Acron Aviation operates training centres in London and Bangkok, offering pilot training services including Type Rating for Boeing 737NG, Airbus A320, Airbus A330, and ATR 72-500/600, as well as Cross Crew Qualification (CCQ) and Upset Prevention and Recovery Training (UPRT).
