Smart Aviation in Poland has added the ALSIM AL2006 simulator, a full-scale replica of the Tecnam P2006T NG, to its training fleet. The agreement was finalized during the European Airline Training Symposium in Portugal.

The AL2006 is built to FTD Level 5 and EASA FNPT II standards, featuring a full-size cockpit, semi-enclosed instructor station, active control loading, and a flight model based on the real aircraft. The simulator includes an immersive visual system with three high-definition projectors, a vibration cueing system, and a 210° x 50° field of view. The original Garmin G1000 NXi and GFC 700 autopilot are integrated to replicate the actual aircraft environment.

Smart Aviation’s CEO and Head of Training stated that the simulator, together with the purchase of three new Tecnam P2006T NG aircraft, will support students in learning SOPs and provide a smoother transition from simulator to aircraft, improving training efficiency.

ALSIM’s Sales Manager noted that adding the AL2006 reflects ongoing demand for high-fidelity simulation tools that meet evolving aviation regulations and support competency-based training.
