Comply365 has partnered with Qatar Airways, the national carrier of the State of Qatar to implement its DocuNet Documentation Management platform.

Qatar Airways, which currently flies to over 170 destinations worldwide through its Doha hub, has selected Comply365’s next-generation Operational Content Management (OCM) solution to elevate its Group-wide approach to centrally managing and delivering structured authoring, compliance management and document distribution.

The partnership will see Qatar Airways implement DocuNet Authoring to unify, streamline and manage company documentation as well as complex documentation from multiple OEMs into a centralized, structured system. This continues the Qatar Airways journey in streamlining documentation processes and ensuring consistency across all divisions and departments – Flight Operations, Engineering, Cabin Services, Ground Services etc., by ensuring all teams, both in the cockpit and on the ground, have access to the most up-to-date documentation where they need it.

Additionally, Qatar Airways will deploy PureIntell by Comply365 to empower its workforce with contextual, actionable data analysis and enhanced decision-making.

“We are constantly striving to enhance our operational capabilities through innovation and technology,” said Mr. Ashish Jain, Chief Risk Officer (CRO), Qatar Airways. “Comply365’s advanced operational content and business intelligence solutions will provide us with a powerful solution to manage and deliver critical operational content seamlessly, supporting safety, compliance, and decision-making throughout Qatar Airways Group.”
