BAA Training has signed a five-year agreement with Qatar Airways Group to provide Multi-Crew Pilot License (MPL) training for up to 150 cadets each year, starting April 2025. This marks a significant partnership between one of the world’s largest ACMI providers.

The program will feature a competency-based training pathway, including theory, flight training, simulator sessions, and A320 Type Rating. Cadets will train in BAA Training’s facilities in Lithuania and Spain, with accommodation and catering included.

Upon graduation, cadets will be fully prepared to begin careers as First Officers with Qatar Airways.
