T’way Air, a South Korean commercial airline, has adopted Flyco’s digital training solution to enhance its training infrastructure. The system integrates Flyco’s Evidence-Based Training (EBT) framework with its Advanced Learning Management System (A-LMS), shifting the airline’s training model toward a more data-driven and performance-focused approach.

The EBT platform includes digital tools for assessment, progress tracking, and skill development. Integrated grading modules, automated reporting, and analytics enable instructors to identify areas for improvement.

The A-LMS will manage training content, including Flyco’s e-library, with resources for flight crew, ground staff, and administrative personnel. The LMS supports tracking and reporting, an Assessment Creation Center, and License Auto-Track, allowing customized content based on real-world performance.

Flyco’s platform is built to meet EASA, ICAO, and IATA standards, with regularly updated content to maintain regulatory compliance.
