CPaT Global has signed a contract with Magnifica Air, a Florida-based start-up private charter airline, to supply pilot and cabin crew training for the Airbus A220 and A320.
Pilot training covers aircraft systems, general subjects, and aircraft procedures. Cabin crew training includes aircraft systems, safety subjects, and CPaT's Interactive 3D Cabin Trainer.
"Start-up airlines need training solutions that can scale quickly without adding unnecessary complexity," said Capt. Greg Darrow, Vice President of Sales.
Magnifica Air COO Brad Lambert noted that CPaT is one of a small number of providers offering A220 training material, and cited the company's A320 programme as a factor in the decision to partner with them.
Magnifica Air positions itself as a luxury carrier aimed at passengers seeking an option between commercial first class and private aviation.
