Dynamic Advanced Training has agreed a strategic collaboration with Sylvester Aviation Services, an EASA‑approved Cabin Crew Training Organisation (CCTO), to expand access to European‑regulated cabin crew and safety training from its Dubai training centre.
The UAE GCAA‑certified Safety and Emergency Procedures (SEP/ESET) provider says the partnership will allow it to deliver EASA‑compliant training programmes under European regulatory oversight, supporting operators that fly within, or must meet, the requirements of the EASA framework.
Under the agreement, Dynamic will deliver its Reality‑Based Training through its existing team of qualified instructors and approved syllabi. Sylvester Aviation Services will provide European regulatory oversight, certification and ongoing compliance monitoring, ensuring full alignment with EASA rules, Acceptable Means of Compliance, and Guidance Material.
“This collaboration expands Dynamic’s ability to support clients requiring EASA‑certified ESET training while maintaining the highest standards of safety, compliance and training quality,” said Mark Kammer, Operations Director at Dynamic.
He noted that the arrangement benefits operators with EASA ACMI leases, business jet operators flying European‑registered aircraft, and cabin crew who require an EASA Cabin Crew Attestation to return to work in Europe.
Pamela Sylvester, Accountable Manager at Sylvester Aviation Services, emphasised the importance of regulatory transparency. “Our partnership is structured to support multiple clients, subject to full regulatory transparency and audit requirements,” she said. “We will work closely to ensure compliance with EASA regulations, applicable Acceptable Means of Compliance, and Guidance Material.”
