TAP Air Portugal has selected Comply365 to enhance its operational content and compliance management. The agreement includes Portugália Airlines, a TAP subsidiary, which will also implement Comply365’s document solution.

With operations spanning 90 destinations and 2,500 weekly flights, TAP required a platform to unify and standardize the creation and control of its operational manuals. Comply365’s Operational Content Management platform will allow both airlines to streamline document workflows, improve regulatory compliance, and provide employees with secure, offline access to essential information.

“By leveraging Comply365’s innovative mobile document management platform, we can ensure our teams have secure, seamless access to critical information and maintain the highest standards of efficiency and regulatory compliance. This partnership will empower our employees with the tools and information they need to work more efficiently and effectively, both on the ground and in the air," said Mário Chaves, COO of TAP Air Portugal.

The partnership supports TAP’s goal of improving efficiency and information accessibility for teams both on the ground and in-flight.
