one-G Simulation has launched the Tarbes 9.00, a full-scale flight training device for the Daher TBM 900 G1000 aircraft, commissioned by Executive Flight Training, LLC.

The device was developed using data collected directly from a production TBM aircraft. one-G engineers conducted structured flight testing to capture performance characteristics, control response, and systems behavior — rather than relying on published specifications. The company says this methodology will continue to inform software updates as additional flight test data is gathered.

The Tarbes 9.00 was developed using empirical data obtained directly from a production TBM aircraft. The Tarbes 9.00 features a TBM 900 flight deck with dual pilot stations, force-feedback control loading, rudder pedals, electrically actuated elevator trim, an overhead switch panel, and an avionics suite including dual 1G-DU1040 PFD emulators and a 1G-DU1500 MFD emulator. It supports initial and recurrent training, including emergency procedures and high-workload scenario practice.

That level of specificity helps pilots build confidence and competence before they ever leave the ground."
