SkyUp Airlines has signed an agreement to implement PRODEFIS TPMS and PRODEFIS E-FILE as its digital platform for training evaluation and qualification management. The system will support the airline's planned transition toward Evidence-Based Training (EBT) and Competency-Based Training and Assessment (CBTA).
The platform will enable standardized digital grade forms, traceable evaluation workflows, and centralized qualification management across instructor, examiner, and training management roles.

PRODEFIS TPMS presents relevant trainee training history and performance context within digital grade forms, supporting instructor and examiner decision-making at the point of grading. This capability reduces administrative workload and enables individualized training interventions.
The implementation expands prodefis' international customer base in airline training management solutions.
