SkyUp has partnered with Comply365 to implement its Qualtero Training Management System, aiming to modernize and streamline the airline’s qualification training processes. The implementation includes support for both SkyUp’s Ukrainian operations and its Malta-based AOC, SkyUp MT.

The Qualtero platform will allow SkyUp to manage performance evaluations, training, qualification records, courseware delivery, and reporting in a single system. The system is designed to improve regulatory compliance, simplify audit preparation, and provide visibility into employee training status.

“We are delighted to support SkyUp with modern, agile training management that will simplify performance evaluation and qualification tracking, ensuring employees stay qualified and compliant as the airline grows,” said Ilia Kostov, CEO of Comply365. “This collaboration marks another step forward as we continue to transform training and operational excellence across the global aviation industry – ensuring safety, compliance, and efficiency at every level.”

The system offers centralized access to training data and helps standardize processes across departments. SkyUp’s adoption of the software aligns with its goals to improve efficiency and maintain compliance as it expands operations.
