Reiser and TRU Simulation + Training Inc., a Textron Inc. company, have introduced a new Airbus H125 training option on the Veris Virtual Reality Flight Simulator.

The Veris H125 is built on TRU Simulation's FAA Level 7-qualified Veris platform and integrates Reiser's H125 flight controls, panels, and simulation model — already used in Level D Full Flight Simulators. The device uses TRU Simulation's REALvision Image Generator, developed specifically for VR applications, alongside a fully electric six degrees of freedom motion base for flight cues and vibrations.

The system shares the same flight data, software baselines, and technologies found in TRU Simulation's Level D Full Flight Simulators, including the REALFeel control loading system. Tactile cockpit panels allow pilots to interact with H125 switches and avionics, while a VR headset replaces the traditional visual system.

The collaboration brings together Reiser's Airbus H125 systems expertise and TRU Simulation's VR platform with the stated aim of broadening access to certified helicopter training.
