Bert Buyle, CEO of Euramec and the Society of Indian Aerospace Technologies and Industries (SIATI) revealed plans for Euramec’s new Regional Sales and Technology Centre in India.

The new centre is expected to open in 2020. Once open, thecombined R&D and sales facility will include collaborative space forresearch and development with universities and SIATI’s aerospace businessnetwork in order to execute customized simulation projects and supportEuramec’s standard product line.

The centre will focus on flight simulation R&D to matchflight simulation solutions with the expanding aerospace business in India.

Shivinder Singh joins Euramec as the business development director for the India office, specializing in light to super mid-size business aircraft. Singh’s focus at Euramec India Ltd. will be maintaining the fundamental principles of comprehensive market research while promoting the company’s current exclusive offerings in flight simulation devices.

The defence sector will be served by Euramec’s defence team,to help face the persistent challenges in the active-component pilotrequirements of the Indian Air Force and the Indian Navy.
