4C Strategies and Bohemia Interactive Simulations (BISim) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to deepen strategic collaboration and align product integration across their respective defense platforms, Exonaut and VBS.
Building on years of successful partnership, the MoU formalizes a shared commitment to improving training readiness for defense organizations through more seamless, interoperable solutions. Both Exonaut and VBS are widely adopted by NATO and allied militaries, and this agreement will enable a more cohesive and integrated experience for end-users.
Customers across the defense community have expressed a growing need for technologies that are easier to connect, faster to deploy, and more intuitive to operate. This partnership directly addresses that demand, aiming to streamline integration between virtual simulation and training management workflows.
“Their state-of-the-art simulation capabilities perfectly complement Exonaut, enabling our clients to train smarter, streamline operations, and achieve operational excellence,” says Martin Rusner, VP of Product at 4C Strategies.
“This partnership is about more than integration—it’s about delivering a unified experience that reflects how modern forces train and operate,” said Jenna Tuck, Senior Director of Partnerships at BISim. “By aligning our technologies, we’re helping reduce friction and accelerate readiness.”
Future collaboration areas under the MoU include technical integrations, joint customer engagements, and co-developed demonstration scenarios. Together, 4C Strategies and BISim will provide a scalable, mission-focused ecosystem for planning, execution, and analysis of complex training and operations.
