Zen Technologies, through its subsidiary ARI Simulation, has launched India’s first AI-enabled Fast Attack Craft (FAC) Simulator to support naval training. The system provides an integrated environment replicating real-world ship handling, navigation, combat tactics, and remote weapon operations. It features 360° visualisation, six-degree-of-freedom motion platforms, and EO/IR targeting systems to enhance operational realism.

The simulator includes an AI-driven Instructor Operator Station that adapts training to individual crew skills, monitors performance, and generates targeted improvement modules. It also incorporates realistic propulsion and steering controls, feedback-enabled interfaces, and simulation of medium machine guns and remote weapon stations. Tactical scenarios range from close-quarter defence to countering asymmetric threats.

The FAC Simulator strengthens crew coordination and decision-making under high-stress conditions, aiming to provide safer, cost-efficient training while supporting India’s maritime operational readiness.
