Former Navy Secretary Joins Defense Tech Board

Over four decades — from the bridge of a Navy warship to the highest offices of defense leadership — he has navigated the tides of change, driving modernization and resilience across America's armed forces.

As Secretary of the Navy (2021–2025), Del Toro led the service through one of the most dynamic periods in its history, championing emerging technologies to prepare sailors and Marines for a new era of warfare. As former CEO of SBG Technology Solutions, he also delivered critical IT and engineering support across the Department of Defense.

Now, he brings his visionary leadership to C2 Technologies, fueling its mission to transform military readiness through AI-driven adaptive learning, immersive battlefield environments, and smart content that evolves as fast as the mission demands.
