KNDS France and VRAI announced a partnership at DSEI in London to collaborate on simulation and human performance data. KNDS France and its subsidiaries support armed forces in land defence, while VRAI focuses on capturing simulator data to inform training and improve crew performance.
The partnership will focus on VRAI’s HEAT simulation data solution and ReACT Virtual Reality (VR) Armour Crew simulator, integrated with KNDS simulation products. Together, the companies aim to provide insights to reduce the time and cost of training armour crews while supporting performance improvements.
Alexandre Penley, KNDS Vice President for BD Europe & NATO, said, “This strategic integration will open new horizons – enabling richer, smarter, and more adaptive analytical processing experiences. It’s a leap forward that redefines what the future of AI simulation can achieve.”
The collaboration will also include building datasets to support AI-enabled tools for armour crews. Pat O’Connor, VRAI’s CEO, added, “We believe that the data generated in simulation can not only drive insight into performance, but is also critical to our customers’ ability to build AI-enabled support tools for their end users.”
