PLEXSYS Interface Products has announced a major leadership transition as CEO Ron Wiegand retires and Mark Graper steps into the role, effective May 12, 2025. Wiegand, a retired U.S. Air Force Commander, led the company for a decade, overseeing global expansion and significant advancements in all-domain training capabilities.
Graper, also a retired Air Force Major General, brings over 30 years of military and corporate experience in joint operations and strategic planning. His appointment aligns with PLEXSYS’ continued focus on Live, Virtual, Constructive (LVC) readiness and multi-domain operations.
Headquartered in Camas, Washington, with international branches in Australia and the UK, PLEXSYS remains committed to delivering scalable, interoperable training solutions for coalition forces worldwide. The company plans to expand its global footprint and advance next-generation training technologies to support evolving mission needs across all domains.
