Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Atlantic has awarded HDR Environmental, Operations & Construction, Inc., a contract valued at up to $75 million to support marine resources monitoring and program management. The work spans NAVFAC’s Atlantic and Pacific regions and will run for up to five years, with a 12-month base period and four one-year options through September 2030.

The contract will assist the U.S. Navy with compliance and reporting for at-sea training and testing activities. This includes monitoring and analysis under the Endangered Species Act, the Marine Mammal Protection Act, and Navy environmental readiness requirements. Activities outside U.S. waters will align with international and host nation regulations.

NAVFAC Atlantic’s Norfolk, Virginia office managed the competition through federal procurement systems, where a single proposal was received and evaluated.
