PAL Aerospace Joins RCAF Aircrew Training Program

Exchange Income Corporation (EIC) announced that its subsidiary, PAL Aerospace, and SkyAlyne, provider of the Royal Canadian Air Force Future Aircrew Training (FAcT) program, have reached agreement to enter into a contract for approximately $750 million (CAD) for modification, in-service support and training services. The contract is expected to be finalized over the coming months.

The Government of Canada awarded the FAcT contract to SkyAlyne, a joint venture between CAE and KF Aerospace, in May 2024. The 25-year initiative is in a multi-year transition period to become the sole ab-initio aircrew training program for the RCAF.

Under the agreement, PAL Aerospace will provide aircraft modifications for the RCAF CT-142Q Citadel, deliver Wings Standard training to Air Combat Systems Officers and Airborne Electronic Sensor Operators, and provide In-Service Support for the fleet.
