Future Technologies has secured more than $50 million in new Department of Defense contracts to deliver private 5G networks. The projects aim to enhance battlefield communication, support the Connected Warfighter initiative, and enable new applications such as drones, augmented and virtual reality training, and artificial intelligence-driven operations.

The company has partnered with suppliers including Nokia to deliver core and radio network components. Over the past 15 years, Future Technologies has deployed private 4G and 5G systems across thousands of square miles of DoD sites. Executives emphasized the role of advanced communications in mission readiness, citing the need for secure and resilient infrastructure to support operations both within the United States and overseas.

The firm is also broadening its services to include integrated sensing, IT modernization, and tactical deployments.
