Quantum3D has delivered a CDB Visual 3D Database Training Program for the Royal Saudi Air Force, equipping RSAF personnel with the expertise to develop, edit, enhance and maintain Common Database (CDB) environments independently.

The training began with a one-month session in spring 2025 at Quantum3D's headquarters in Silicon Valley, California, followed by a one-week on-site session in February 2026 at RSAF facilities in Saudi Arabia. Personnel worked directly with Quantum3D's Database Generation System (DBGS) throughout both phases.

"This comprehensive program enables RSAF to independently build and enhance CDB visual 3D databases—boosting expertise and reducing costs in support of Saudi Vision 2030," said Murat Kose, CEO of Quantum3D.

Capabilities delivered include more than 20 detailed Saudi airport environments in CDB format, deployment of Quantum3D MANTIS image generator software and IDX systems across three RSAF F-15 bases, modernization of a Bell 412 helicopter simulator, and UAV, UAS and drone simulators supporting universities and training centers. Additional in-Kingdom training sessions are scheduled in the coming months.
