Emma is a content and storytelling specialist, beginning her career in business and political journalism with Bloomberg and the Associated Press, where she covered aerospace and defence. She also served as Secretary General of the European Aerospace & Defence Journalists Association.

She later moved into events and content leadership, holding senior roles at AECOM and Hyve  before joining Montgomery Group, where she is now Head of Programming. Alongside this, she is a Contributing Editor for Halldale.

Outside of work she is a keen open water swimmer, last year swimming from Europe to Asia for the Bosphorus Cross-Continental Swim in Istanbul. She is mum and step mum to three gorgeous children and lives with her husband and daughter in England.
