CM Labs Simulations announced the release of its remotely operated rubber-tired gantry (ROS RTG) training solution at TOC Europe.

The system combines CM Labs’ Intellia ROS RTG Training Pack with a Remote Operating Station desk from Spohn + Burkhardt. Designed to prepare both new and experienced operators, the system replicates the challenges of remote RTG operation using realistic, camera-based views and simulated system faults. The multi-screen ROS desk features a height-adjustable tabletop and ergonomic design tailored for crane operations.

The training pack includes structured exercises and customizable scenarios through an integrated Exercise Builder. The system is compatible with CM Labs’ Intellia tools, allowing instructors to track progress, inject faults, and manage training data. CM Labs will showcase the solution at booth #F26 during TOC Europe, taking place 17-19 June 2025, in Rotterdam.
