Hyundai Motor Group Metaplant America is using BluWorkz virtual reality (VR) forklift simulators to prepare operators for electric and hybrid vehicle production at its Georgia facility. The program, delivered through Georgia Quick Start, provides employees with immersive, hands-on forklift training in a safe, controlled environment before they access the production floor.

The VR simulators are integrated into Hyundai’s Mobility Training Center curriculum, allowing for accelerated onboarding, standardized learning across teams and shifts, and measurable assessments of operator readiness. Trainees gain practical experience navigating real-world operational scenarios without the risk of accidents or equipment damage.

This collaboration supports Hyundai’s efforts to meet advanced manufacturing demands while contributing to Georgia’s growing role as a hub for automotive and EV production. BluWorkz continues to expand its presence in North America, working with organizations such as Tesla, PepsiCo, and regional technical colleges to deliver scalable workforce training solutions.
