Acquisition Launches Dedicated Human Factors Training Division

Symposit, LLC has acquired HumanLink, LLC, a human factors engineering consultancy specialising in aviation and transportation security training. The acquisition integrates HumanLink's expertise in Human Factors Engineering (HFE), performance and data analysis into Symposit's national security, cybersecurity and training offerings.

HumanLink founder and CEO Bonnie Kudrick will lead Symposit's new security training division. She brings over three decades of experience across federal security, aviation and transportation, including roles at the Department of Homeland Security, the Transportation Security Administration and Lockheed Martin.

Symposit's Human Factors Engineering Division will add human-system research, interface analysis, workflow optimisation, training design and risk mitigation to the organisation's capabilities.
