London faces a growing digital skills shortage, with more than 380,000 jobs at risk by 2030. Traditional training methods often fall short due to high costs, safety concerns, and limited equipment access.

Lincreation, a UK startup founded in 2023 by Wei Guo, is addressing this gap with VR-based vocational training. Its platform lets learners safely practice tasks such as machinery maintenance and safety procedures in realistic, repeatable simulations. This accelerates skills development, reduces errors, and lowers costs for employers.

By making training more accessible and inclusive, Lincreation aims to prepare a wider range of learners for technical industries and support London’s workforce needs.
