Patients for Patient Safety Canada to host webinar

Patients for Patient Safety Canada, apatient-led program of the Canadian Patient Safety Institute, is hostingthe webinar, How safe is the care we receive?, on April 25, 2019, at noon EST.

How much do Canadians know about patient safety and patientharm? How many people have experienced harm from healthcare? Is patient safetya priority? Should it be? Studies show that, as soon as individuals know thescale of the patient safety crisis, they will want to know more about it.

Interested parties can join this interactive session tolearn the answers to these questions and gain a better understanding of the real-lifeexperiences that patients and physicians are faced with in regards to patientharm in the system, which is supposed to keep patients safe. Attendees can learnabout resources to help keep patients safer and empower themselves to engage insafer healthcare.
