ATP Flight School has opened two new training centers in Ohio, adding locations in Columbus and Akron-Canton to its existing site in Cincinnati. These additions aim to increase access to ATP’s Airline Career Pilot Program, which takes students from zero experience to airline pilot in approximately two and a half years.

The new training centers are located at Ohio State University Airport (OSU) and Akron-Canton Regional Airport (CAK), joining ATP’s existing center at Lunken Municipal Airport (LUK).

ATP offers a career-focused, airline-oriented training path with 39 airline hiring partnerships, access to cadet programs, and airline-sponsored tuition reimbursement.

“With industry forecasts projecting a shortfall of over 28,000 pilots by 2030, pilots starting training today with ATP will position themselves ahead of the demand and be able to take advantage of the best competitive offers,” said Michael Arnold, Vice President of Marketing, ATP Flight School.

ATP is currently enrolling students for summer classes. Prospective pilots can schedule an introductory admissions flight at one of ATP’s 83 training centers nationwide, including the three Ohio locations.
