CAE has rebranded its suite of airline operations solutions under a new name—Flightscape – Powered by CAE. The newly launched platform provides real-time data and operational intelligence for airlines, helping stakeholders within the Operations Control Centre (OCC) manage disruptions, optimize costs, and improve decision-making in fast-changing environments.
“In a dynamic operating environment, airlines need to seize every opportunity to improve performance, reduce costs and optimize resources while enhancing the passenger experience,” said Pascal Grenier, Division President, Flightscape, Airline Operations Solutions. “Flightscape provides real-time insights that enable airlines to adapt to ever-changing conditions. We recognize that our customers aren’t just buying a solution, they are choosing a long-term partner and our objective with Flightscape is to ensure our airline partners have advanced solutions to optimize their operations.”
Flightscape represents CAE’s evolved approach to airline operations since entering the market three years ago. The cloud-native, modular system supports operations control, crew and flight management, and in-flight services. Airlines can scale the system based on their specific needs, while benefiting from continuous updates, regulatory compliance, and API-based integration with existing tools.
French regional airline HOP! has already implemented the Operations Control module of Flightscape, with additional modules—Crew Manager and Crew Planner—scheduled to go live later in 2025. According to HOP!’s CIO, the transition from legacy systems to Flightscape’s SaaS platform marks a major digital transformation, enabling more agile, cost-effective, and proactive operations.
CAE stated that Flightscape’s Unified Task Board integrates disparate OCC data sources, improving coordination and responsiveness in time-critical scenarios. The company has also expanded its global onboarding support to ensure long-term customer success.
