Airbus Training has renewed its partnership with Corsair for pilot training on the airline’s A330neo fleet. The agreement involves a dry-lease of a new A330neo Full Flight Simulator (FFS) at the Airbus Training Centre in Toulouse, France. The renewed collaboration, established years ago, highlights Corsair’s continued investment in safety and advanced flight training.

On November 3, 2025, Corsair’s pilots began training at the new Airbus Training Centre, which features the A330neo FFS designed to replicate aircraft performance with high accuracy. The simulator will be used for both initial and recurrent pilot training, allowing for realistic practice and efficient familiarization. The system also supports maintenance training with engine run-ups on a representative simulator, making Corsair one of the first operators to train on a model that mirrors its in-service aircraft, according to the company.

The agreement also enables knowledge exchange between both organizations. Corsair’s pilot feedback provides Airbus with real-world operational insights that help refine training programs and aircraft development. In return, Corsair gains direct access to Airbus resources, including Competency-Based Training and Assessment (CBTA) tools, enhancing the airline’s operational efficiency and safety standards.

Airbus is exhibiting at The European Aviation Training Summit (EATS) in Cascais, Portugal, from 5- 6 November at booth 304. Stop by to learn more.
