Simaero has announced the arrival of a new A320 CEO/NEO Full-Flight Simulator (FFS) at its Paris Charles de Gaulle (CDG) Training Center, just two months after its grand opening. The simulator, built by China Simulation Sciences Co., Ltd. (CSS), is arriving this summer and is expected to be ready for training in the second half of 2025. It will be the second device at the new Paris facility, following the installation of an A350 FFS.

Built to the latest industry standards, the simulator is Airbus Standard 2.1.0 and features a MOOG electric motion system, a Rockwell Collins EP-8100 visual system, advanced avionics and offer multiple engine configurations - CFM LEAP-1A (NEO), PW1127G-JM (NEO), and CFM56-5B4 (CEO).

The simulator matches a twin CSS-built device already in use at Simaero’s Changsha center, which is certified by both the CAAC and EASA. This consistency is intended to maintain training quality across Simaero’s global locations.

Once operational, the new device will become the 10th simulator in Simaero’s Paris CDG fleet. It will enable the training center to offer more regulatory programs for the A320 aircraft family, helping airlines address fleet commonality and pilot proficiency needs.

“Positioned next to our A350 FFS, this new A320 CEO/NEO will not only enhance our scheduling flexibility but also allow us to meet the growing demand for Airbus A320 training for both experienced and entry-level pilot training,” said Nicolas Moute, CEO of Simaero.
