GSE is supporting Lancaster University with a Generic Pressurized Water Reactor (GPWR) simulator for its nuclear education facility.

One of the challenges facing the nuclear industry is providing students and researchers with practical experience before they enter the workforce. Lancaster University selected GSE's Generic Pressurized Water Reactor (GPWR) simulator to support its nuclear education facility.

The GPWR provides a training environment that helps students understand reactor operations, plant systems, and operator decision-making, without the time and cost required to develop a fully customized simulator.

Investing in the next generation of nuclear professionals is intended to support both today's fleet and the future growth of nuclear energy.
