He supports organisations through systemic risk assessment, customised training, procedural development, compliance verification, and documentation support. Holding a PhD in Transport Systems from Cranfield University and having worked at IATA headquarters in Montreal, he writes widely for industry publications and is recognised for his systemic approach to safety.
