Aechelon Technology has been included in the Silicon Valley Defense Group (SVDG) 2025 NATSEC100 list. The Silicon Valley Defense Group is a non-profit organization focused on strengthening U.S. national security by connecting the technology, capital, and policy communities. The 2025 NATSEC100 report ranks and analyzes 100 venture capital and private equity-backed startups advancing defense and dual-use technology, with support from J.P. Morgan Chase.
Aechelon’s Synthetic Reality, or “SR,” is a digital representation of the world designed to integrate data from multiple sensor types. It is fully geo-specific and physics-based to support the creation and validation of AI models with safety and accuracy. Aechelon’s SR technology has been used in pilot training, mission rehearsal, and test and evaluation by militaries, emergency responders, and civilian agencies for nearly three decades. The company states it is applying its simulation expertise to help corporations and government entities train and validate AI models on real-world, geo-specific data.
"As we continue to build on our pioneering leadership and vision of a Silicon Valley-led defense tech coalition, we are excited to extend our SR capabilities into supporting the new ecosystem of defense autonomous systems, first responders and emergency services. SR truly represents the ideal means to create the ultimate AI training data set, as derived from Visible, EO, IR and Radar visualizations for use with worldwide geospatial databases of the ultimate accuracy," said Nacho Sanz-Pastor, Co-Founder and CEO of Aechelon Technology Inc.
