The Air Force Reserve Command (AFRC) has launched its fiscal year 2025 Reserve Innovation Campaign to boost innovation and readiness by leveraging ideas from frontline Citizen Airmen.

The campaign, aligned with AFRC Commander Lt. Gen. John P. Healy’s goal of “Transforming for the Future,” is hosted on the Guardians and Airmen Innovation Network and jointly run by ARCWERX and the AFRC/A9 Transformation and Innovation Office. Open to all ranks, the initiative seeks practical proposals addressing capability gaps and operational challenges.

Suggested projects should include a clear problem statement, solution, and evaluation plan. While all submissions will be reviewed, those requesting $10,000 to $100,000 are more likely to be funded. Selected proposals must be executable by September 30, and fourth-quarter funding is available. AFRC aims to make this a recurring biannual campaign. Submissions are open through June 9.
