BlueRoom, an Australian simulation training provider, has expanded its mixed reality platform with a CH-47F Chinook module designed to strengthen medical teams’ readiness. The new environment replicates the helicopter’s interior at full scale, offering detailed layouts and operational features for realistic casualty evacuation and in-flight care training.

Developed to support medics, flight crews, and combat support teams, the module enables dynamic scenario practice under simulated high-pressure conditions. Trainers can also monitor participants’ biometrics, such as stress and cognitive load, and adjust exercises in real time to mirror unpredictable field challenges.

This addition reflects BlueRoom’s aim to improve preparation for combat and disaster response by delivering highly immersive, mission-focused training solutions, helping medical teams refine their skills in environments that closely resemble real-life operational settings.
