Saab has secured an order from the Danish Defence Acquisition and Logistics Organisation for a new Combat Training Centre valued at SEK 680 million, with deliveries scheduled between 2025 and 2027. The agreement includes soldier and vehicle training systems, anti-tank and sniper training weapons, communication systems, and exercise control software (EXCON) for after-action reviews.
Saab will also provide on-site training support at four locations in Denmark. According to Saab, this initiative will give Denmark one of Europe’s most modern and adaptable Combat Training Centres, designed to meet evolving military training requirements.
The comprehensive package forms part of Saab’s live training portfolio, offering an integrated solution to support realistic military exercises. The centre is expected to enhance operational readiness by enabling Danish forces to conduct advanced, flexible training scenarios that mirror the complexities of modern combat environments.
