Defence and training support company MASS, part of Cohort plc, has delivered Exercise JOINT HORIZON 2026 alongside the UK Ministry of Defence's Integrated Warfare Centre (IWC), supporting the certification and operational readiness of the UK's Extremely High Readiness Joint Force Headquarters (JFHQ).
JOINT HORIZON 2026 was a joint collective training exercise designed to test the operational readiness of one of the UK's key high readiness military headquarters. The exercise combined simulation, information environment emulation, replication of military and civilian organisations, role play, engagements and a simulated military common operating picture.
Working with the Integrated Warfare Centre, MASS combined its training support expertise with Conducttr, GDAK and other specialist partners, alongside uniformed personnel, to deliver the exercise for the UK's Joint Force Headquarters.
Keith Norton, Managing Director at MASS, said: “JOINT HORIZON 2026 demonstrates the importance of realistic, challenging and integrated collective training in assuring operational readiness. By combining experienced personnel, simulation capabilities and specialist expertise, MASS creates training environments that reflect the complexity and uncertainty of modern operations.
