Igloo Vision is partnering with Panasonic Projector & Display Americas at I/ITSEC 2025 to demonstrate a TAA-compliant 5×5-meter immersive space on booth #535. The installation is powered by Igloo Core Engine software, Panasonic projection systems, and controlled using Panasonic Connect TOUGHBOOK laptops and tablets.

Designed for defense and government use, the immersive space allows teams to enter shared mission environments, visualize operational data, and rehearse procedures in a 360-degree setting while meeting TAA compliance and TS/SCI security clearance requirements.

The system uses MEVIX projectors from Panasonic and includes floor projection for full spatial coverage. The installation is driven by Igloo’s Core Engine software platform and is compatible with defense-grade simulation and visualization tools, including the MAK One synthetic environment platform from MAK Technologies, which will be demonstrated at the booth.

“At I/ITSEC, we’re showing how shared immersive technology can make mission training more realistic, more collaborative, and more efficient, while meeting the strictest security and compliance standards demanded by the defense community,” said Colin Yellowley, Founder at Igloo Vision.

TAA compliance supports the use of hardware and components that meet regulatory requirements for U.S. defense and federal agencies. Igloo’s TAA-compliant immersive environments are used internationally for mission rehearsal, tactical training, operational planning, and multi-agency collaboration.

“Life-like simulated training environments are critical to help defense professionals practice collaboration and decision-making,” said Taka Uchida, CEO of Panasonic Projector & Display Americas. “We’re proud to come together with our partners and showcase the latest developments in immersive, TAA-compliant tech that are bringing these environments to life.”
