InVeris has expanded its partnership with simulation software company Bohemia Interactive Simulations to add VBS4 and Blue IG to its supported multi-domain training solutions.

VBS4 allows organizations to create virtual battlespaces at any geospecific location for terrain building, mission planning, ground-based scenarios, and debriefing. When combined with InVeris’ BlueFire weapons, which replicate the form, fit, and function of live weapons with wireless communications, the upgrade supports faster and more realistic training environments.

The VBS4 platform is used by the U.S. Army, Marine Corps, and more than 60 nations to train hundreds of thousands of personnel. Blue IG renders whole-earth visuals, including orbital views, terrain, atmospheric effects, and detailed ground elements.

VBS4 is designed to connect systems and capabilities across platforms, while also allowing for scalability through commercial off-the-shelf technology, prebuilt content, and existing integrations. The system is being integrated into fats 100MIL screen-based variants, supporting up to 60 weapons and 15 trainees for concurrent exercises. It can also connect with Xiphos, Dvorak Weapons, and Haptech Electric Recoil Weapons.

“InVeris’ integration into the VBS4 ecosystem enhances capability while avoiding redundant costs — a win for our partners and end users alike,” said InVeris chief executive officer Clyde Tuggle.

InVeris will showcase the VBS4 integration at upcoming industry events including DSEI in London, AUSA in Arlington, and I/ITSEC in Orlando.
