Applied Training Solutions (ATS) supported FUERZAS AMIGAS 25, a multinational exercise conducted August 18–22, 2025, at Fort Bliss, Texas. The exercise brought together U.S. Army North, the Mexican Military, and downtrace elements to test multinational processes and prepare leaders for All-Hazards Defense Support of Civil Authorities missions.

ATS provided the ATSsim Training environment, a cloud-based simulation replicating force activities, supply distribution, and friendly force tracking. The system also integrated COP tools including MAVEN SS/GAIA, JADC2, and JACOP to create a realistic training environment.

The exercise included two World Cup 2026–based scenarios: a simulated incident at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles and a cross-border incident at Estadio BBVA in Monterrey, Mexico. These scenarios challenged command elements to conduct joint command and control operations and enhance cross-border coordination.

The multinational command demonstrated its ability to coordinate across borders, strengthen interoperability, and prepare for future contingencies.

ATS continues to provide simulation-based training solutions for local, state, federal, and multinational partners to support readiness and emergency preparedness.
