HAVELSAN has signed a cooperation agreement with U.S.-based Advanced Rotorcraft Technology, Inc. to collaborate on simulation and training solutions for rotary-wing platforms.
Under the agreement, the two companies carry out joint activities focused on simulation and training systems for rotary-wing aircraft. The collaboration covers the development of simulators for military and civil pilot training, the integration of flight dynamics and engine models, and the creation of simulation environments designed for different mission profiles.
The partnership combines HAVELSAN’s simulator infrastructure and experience in training technologies with Advanced Rotorcraft Technology’s capabilities in rotary-wing flight physics and engine modeling. Together, the companies focus on building simulation platforms intended to support pilot training and military mission preparation for helicopters and VTOL aircraft.
Areas of cooperation include integrating rotorcraft flight dynamics and engine models into simulators, conducting model validation to address realism and accuracy requirements, and collaborating on simulator qualification and customer acceptance processes.
