Engineering & Computer Simulations (ECS) announced that Candace Croughwell, capture and proposal manager, was named a 2025 NTSA Top Under 40 Awardee.
The NTSA Top Under 40 Award honors professionals under the age of 40 who demonstrate excellence through leadership, innovation, and contributions to the modeling, simulation, and training (MS&T) industry.
Awardees are recognized not only for professional achievements but also for their commitment to community through volunteerism, mentorship, and thought leadership. Croughwell will be formally recognized at I/ITSEC 2025, where NTSA will celebrate this year’s group of professionals advancing the MS&T field.
“I’m incredibly honored to be recognized by NTSA alongside so many talented and passionate professionals in the MS&T community,” Croughwell said. “I’m excited to continue contributing to an industry that plays such a vital role in innovation, readiness, and training our warfighters while supporting their mission.”
