Saab and CAE have signed a teaming agreement to jointly pursue Canada's Airborne Early Warning and Control (AEW&C) programme, based on Saab's GlobalEye platform.
The agreement builds on a Global Cooperation Agreement between the two companies announced in November 2025, and expands their collaboration into training and simulation. Under the teaming agreement, CAE's training expertise will be integrated into Saab's offering for the Canadian programme, with the aim of delivering scalable training and simulation solutions for the Canadian Armed Forces.
CAE's Matt Bromberg, President and CEO, said the agreement builds on the companies' existing collaboration with Saab and is aimed at delivering an AEW&C capability that supports Canada's defence priorities.
