The American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS) launched its new ABMS Continuing Certification Directory that offers enhanced benefits and resources for Continuing Medical Education (CME) providers and those Board Certified diplomates seeking Maintenance of Certification (MOC) credit.
The ABMS Continuing Certification Directory provides a better user experience with an improved search functionality through enhanced search criteria that lets users filter by provider, and other new resources to help physicians meet their Lifelong Learning and Self-Assessment MOC requirements.
The activities included in the Directory incorporate the core competencies needed for continuing certification as well as educational initiatives designed to support the development of high-functioning physicians. Some of these activities address issues such as physician well-being and safe opioid prescribing initiatives.
