Aviation e-training specialist Flyco Group has grown its foothold in the Maltese market, announcing two new training agreements with local operators.
Flyco Group has announced that AirX and Luxwing are the two carriers to join the growing Flyco family with recently signed long-term agreements. Flyco will be providing courseware to cover the training requirements of their pilots, cabin crew, technicians, dispatchers and other ground personnel. Also, as part of the agreement, Flyco will be creating additional courseware from the ground up, to satisfy the specific training requirements of these operators.
All courses provided as part of the agreements will be available via PC's, Mac, iPhones, iPads and android devices which will provide the users with the ability to complete their training online or offline, anytime and anywhere. Meantime, the training departments will be able to create detailed reports and retrieve crew certificates by utilising the advanced reports system that Flyco LMS provides in order to be able to identify knowledg gaps, track crew peformances and obtain detailed statistics about the overall training of the company.
The courseware and the Learning Management System of Flyco has already been fully approved by the civil aviation authorities of Malta.
