Cirrus Aviation purchased an AL250 simulator from Alsim during the Paris Airshow, marking the first time the type has been sold to a client in the US.

David Cattin, owner of Cirrus Aviation, confirmed, “We selected Alsim after a test flight at Le Bourget in January this year.”

“This will increase our presence in the US and is the beginning of a great collaboration between our two companies,” added Scott Firsing, Alsim’s US Business Development Manager.

Launched in 2016, the AL250 is qualified by both EASA and the FAA. Alsim has sold more than a dozen AL250 flight simulators in the last 12 months. Alsim will exhibit at EAA Airventure Oshkosh (WI, USA) in July, where AL250 simulator demos can be booked.
