BluWorkz has partnered with Adecco Canada to introduce a Forklift Upskilling Program aimed at developing safer, more qualified forklift drivers for employers across Canada.

At the core of this initiative is the BluWorkz Virtual Reality Forklift Simulator, which creates a zero-risk training environment. The simulation mirrors real warehouse conditions, such as maneuvering in tight spaces, handling heavy loads, and managing operational hazards. This setup allows trainees to build muscle memory and essential skills before operating actual equipment.

“This partnership with Adecco Canada allows us to bring cutting-edge training to a workforce that needs it now more than ever,” said Peter Chronopoulos, Co-Founder of BluWorkz. “We're bridging the gap between potential and opportunity, preparing individuals for high-demand, high-paying roles in logistics and warehousing.”

The program also tracks detailed performance data during training, enabling Adecco Canada to identify strong candidates and match them with suitable roles. This approach aims to reduce accidents, speed up onboarding, and support employee retention.

Available through Adecco Canada, the Forklift Upskilling Program offers employers in the industrial sector an additional tool for building safer and more effective teams, while helping job seekers gain practical, job-ready experience.
