New Charter Airline Streamlines Training with MINT

MINT Software Systems announces that Gridiron Air, a new charter airline, has officially gone live with MINT TMS aviation training management software in less than six months. Gridiron Air signed a service contract in March of 2024 and launched MINT TMS in July as its centralized system for training, scheduling, compliance, and qualifications management. 

Gridiron Air specializes in private air transport for professional sports teams, including the Arizona Cardinals NFL team. In 2024, they transitioned to a Part 121 certification, enabling broader operations that required a training management solution. Gridiron Air’s records and scheduling team implemented MINT TMS to reduce data redundancies and streamline operations.  Using MINT TMS from the start has helped the airline create efficient workflows and compliance oversight processes with a completely digital record-keeping system. Gridiron Air also implemented MINT's Calendar Sync add-on to synchronize training schedules within MINT TMS and its third-party calendar application, eliminating double booking and simplifying operations. 

MINT TMS is a web-based training management system that helps airlines comply with aviation regulations by simplifying every part of the training cycle. In addition to qualification management, MINT TMS uses intelligent decision-making in its algorithm to forecast, plan, and optimize training schedules to cut costs, reduce labor, and better utilize instructors, classrooms, and flight simulator time.
